@dcdavid12: Saying it's literally the same when a quick glance shows that they're clearly different products is an interesting take. You're also comparing a USD price for a bulk buy to a CAD price for single product, the link you shared is $32 CAD per piece with a 2 piece minimum. Still a big difference but not the same as you've framed it. I've only bought knock off glasses recently on account of major brands being insanely expensive, and can honestly say I've swung and missed more times than I've gotten good ones (nose pieces suck, lenses funnel air into your eyes, ear bumpers fall off etc). Of course there are cheaper options, but buying a product that a long time pro and good person is getting off the ground gives you some assurance that the prototypes worked through any kinks. They're also significantly cheaper than comparable options from Smith/Oakley/100%, so it's nice to see someone finding a middle ground and giving riders more options, nice one Bas!
